When a customer calls our hotline and is subsequently referred to a telecommunications provider — and that referral results in a new plan activation — we may receive a referral fee or commission from that provider. This compensation comes from the provider, not from you. It does not affect the plan price you pay.
Our agents are trained to present the best available deal for your specific address, usage needs, and budget — regardless of which provider pays us more. Our goal is repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals, which only happen if customers are genuinely satisfied. Steering customers toward worse deals would undermine this model.
That said, in the interest of full transparency: the providers we feature on this site are those we have active referral relationships with. There may be providers in your area that we do not feature.
